2020 Adventures in Repacks: Part 13.2 - Football Cubism

1990 Fleer - Chris Bahr - Part 2 starts off with a kicker card.
1995 Score - Darnay Scott - Looks like a post-TD celebration.
2001 Game Gear - Shawn Bryson - Bills content.
1991 WLAF - Don Matthews - The late Don Matthews would go on to make the Canadian Football Hall of Fame. His only mainstream cards would be WLAF ones, though.
1996 Topps - Dave Krieg - I'd completely forgotten Krieg spent time with the Cardinals, but he had a lot of one-season stops at the end of his career.
1999 Absolute - Cam Cleeland
1990 Pro Set - Chris Doleman
1990 Topps - Pat Swilling
1991 Stars & Stripes - Jeff George - Jeff saw yesterday's park creeper card and said "Big deal."
2019 Legacy - Alex Smith
1991 Stad. Club - Pat Swilling
1991 Pacific - Dave Szott - I originally read his name as Dave Snott. Because I am forever immature.
1990 Pro Set - Lawrence Taylor
1991 Score - Ed West
2011 UD University of Texas - John Wesley "Lam" Jones
1992 UD - Louis Oliver
1996 Topps - Rick Mirer
1994 Coll. Choice - Steve Bono
1991 Pinnacle - Tunch Ilkin
1990 Fleer - Mark Carrier
1990 Score - Albert Lewis - A gem of a photo from the junk wax era. You can just experience the "Oh crap." reaction of the Charger's receiver.
1990 Topps - Rickey Jackson
1991 Stad. Club - Mark Robinson
1991 Stad. Club - Mark Clayton
1995 Ultra - Calvin Williams
2017 Classics - Phil Simms - Again. I miss Classics.
1990 Topps - Hoby Brenner
2000 Gold Reserve - Tim Couch
1999 Edge - Rod Smith
1990 Pro Set - Tom Newberry
1990 Topps - Via Sikahema
1995 Classic - Todd Collins - Another Bills card. There was a lot of Todd Collins content in this. I'll have to compare this with my binder before sending anything off to Ann Arbor, though.
1992 UD - Chris Spielmann
1992 Edge - Pat Swilling - 3 Pat Swillings in this portion. I might as well scan one of them.
1990 Pro Set - Anthony Miller
1994 Coll. Choice - Mark Carrier
1992 UD - Tracy Scroggins
2016 Prizm - Jerell Adams - Hit #2. I think this was a retail parallel.
1993 Bowman - Darrick Lassic
1994 UD - Lewis Tillanm
2011 UD University of Texas - Scott Henderson
1991 Stad. Club - Ben Smith
1990 Topps - Jets team
1990 Pro Set - Brent Fullwood
1993 UD - Amp Lee - Like I'm not scanning a card of player named Amp.
1995 Pinnacle - Neil Smith
1992 Fleer - Tony Epps - The infield dirt makes another appearance.
1991 Score - Sam Mills
1999 Edge - Curtis Martin
1995 Ultra - Herman Moore
1995 UD - Neil Smith
1995 Topps - James Steward
1992 UD - Matt Darby - You'd have to turn this over, but this is a Bills card of a draft pick.
1995 UD - Steve Walsh
1990 Score - Tim Green
1992 Pinnacle - Jessie Tuggle - Infield dirt and a nice photo, but there's something really interesting on the back.
Born February 14th? How has this player eluded the collection? I'd call this an error, but a sampling of cards on COMC showed that those that had birthdates listed also had 2/14 down. Most online sources list it as 4/4, but there are a few 2/14 results. I guess I'm going to do what I do for guys like Kelly Stinnett and Boom Boom Geoffrion. Add them to the collection - but only add cards that list his birthdate as 2/14, or don't list it at all.

Consistency!
2011 UD University of Texas - Jamaal Charles - Another nice photo from this Longhorns themed set.
2011 UD University of Texas - James Saxton
2011 Press Pass Legends Gold /99 - DeMarco Murray - Numbered card!
1990 Pro Set- Mike Merriwether
1991 Stad. Club - Jim Breech - Kicker card! I'm still scanning all of them.
1990 Pro Set Super Bowl - Super bowl XIX
1993 Topps - Richard Dent
2018 Contenders - Jarvis Landry - How do you make a card where a logo is part of a design but the team doesn't really have one? Like this!
1991 Ultra - Dennis Gentry
1991 Score - Steve Jordan - Sure, he's a well-known name in Vikings history, but I more remember him for this:
That's the perfect way to end the first half of the repack!

2020 Adventures in Repacks: Part 13.1 - Football Cubism

I busted the hockey version of these. I still have a basketball version to get to. But let's list a pile of cards.
2017 Optic - Stefon Diggs  - We're off and running! And first up is one of the newest members of the Buffalo Bills! I can hardly wait for Josh Allen to overthrow him by 10 yards!
2011 UD University of Texas - Bobby Dillon - For a set that would have a limited appeal, there were some pretty nice photos in the set.
2011 UD University of Texas - Brian Jones
1995 Finest - Byron Morris - Topps was the company that would give you 'Rock Raines' and 'Doc Gooden', but they can't give you 'Bam Morris'.
1992 Playoff - Eric Metcalf
1992 UD - Jason Hanson - I miss kicker cards. So much so that I'm probably scanning all the kicker/punter cards in this cube.
1995 UD - Sherman Williams
1993 Skybox - Barry Foster
2000 Ultra - Antowain Smith - While I will have to wait for Panini to photoshop Diggs into Bills colours, here's an actual Bills card.
1989 Topps Traded - Chris Burkett
1990 Pro Set - Cody Risien - Park creeper alert!
1999 MVP - E.G. Green
2006 Threads Silver /250 - Larry Kelley - The first of several numbered cards/hits in this. Probably my first Yale Bulldogs card.
1991 Stad. Club - Kevin Mack
1997 Skybox Premium - Charles Way
2002 Tradition - Mike Brown
2010 Threads - Torrell Troup - Bills card #2.
2002 Certified - Junior Seau - A nice shiny HOFer card,
2019 Legacy - Michael Bennett - One of a handful of 2019 issues in this.
1991 UD - Earnest Byner
1991 Pinnacle - Dennis Smith
1991 Pinnacle - Gaston Green
1991 Ultra - Mike Saxon - Another kicker.
1990 Fleer - Keith Van Horne
1990 Score - Jim Lachey
1995 Pacific - Rashaan Salaam
1993 Topps - Scott Mursereau
1992 Fleer - Andre Tippett
1996 Choice - Lawrence Dawsey
1999 Triumph - Jevon Kearse - A freaky rookie!
1992 Ultra - Steve Beuerlein
1993 UD - John Offerdahl
1990 Topps - Jason Phillips
2017 Classics - Franco Harris - I missed Classics this year. Legacy really wasn't the same.
1991 Stad. Club - Tom Hodson
1991 Pacific - Jay Novacek
2011 UD University of Texas - Vince Young/Jamaal Charles
1994 Topps - Andy Heck
1993 Bowman - Ray Seals
1995 Fleer - Mark Carrier - I hope you didn't think that hideous designs in 1995 Fleer were just limited to baseball.
1998 Prestige - Aaron Glenn
1991 WLAF - Stefan Malso - Kicker #3.
1989 Pro Set - Tony Eason
1989 Pro Set - John Offerdahl
1992 UD - Larry Brown
1996 Topps - Tony Boselli
1992 UD - Carnell Lake
1991 Pinnacle - Kevin Ross
1991 Fleer - Keith Byars
2009 Mayo - Shawn Nelson - You have to turn this over, but here's yet another Bills card.
1990 Topps - Rich Camarillo - Kicker #4.
1995 Ultra - William Thomas
1991 Stad. Club - Eric Bienemy - One of my favourite features about the early Stadium Clubs that included a rookie card on the back were the ones that pictured the exact same as the image on the front.
1992 Pro Line - Jim Everett
1990 Topps - Simon Fletcher
2017 Optic - Richard Sherman
1995 UD - Todd Collins- Keep the Buffalo content coming!
1991 Stad. Club - Mark Collins
1990 Pro Set - Pat Leahy - Kicker #5. It also includes another feature that won't appear on cards anymore - infield dirt.
1991 Pacific - Antone Davis
1990 Pro Set Super Bowl - Super Bowl XVI
2015 Sage Hit - Amarlo Herrera - The first of the autos in this. He played a few games for the Colts, but this appears to have been his only card. His wiki profile also includes this: "On June 17, 2017 it was reported on wwe.com that Herrera had attended a tryout for the WWE". I probably won't use a phrase like that again in these posts.
1991 Pinnacle - Kenneth Davis - Lots of Bills content in this.
1997 Skybox - Tim Brown
1991 Stad. Club - Scott Norwood - Including this, I guess.
1993 SP - Gary Clark
1998 UD - Terrell Owens
1991 Pro Set - Vinnie Clark

2009 UD - Michael Mitchell - The final card of the opening quarter.

One Card Only: Creeper Alert!

When Gordie isn't at the rink, you can find him hanging outside Quebec City middle schools with his bitchin' Firebird, kindly providing stubbies of Labatt's 50 to girls who that think Fu Manchus are cool.
