This is a perfectly fine 40 card half of an 80 card repack.
2015 Champ's - Justin Abdelkader - Champ's is always a wonderful way to start a post!
2010 Score - Andrew Cogliano - And it follows nicely with a card bound for Ann Arbor in a future mailer.
2011 Pinnacle - Tom Wandell
1990 UD - Joe Sakic
1990 UD - Garth Butcher
1990 UD - David Shaw
1990 UD - Kevin Hatcher
1994 Premier - Pavel Bure - A nice Bure is a great way to end a run of cards from the same set.
1998 UD - Wendel Clark - Great photo from a set that had a lot of pretty generic ones.
1991 UD - Mike Ridley
1990 Score - Cam Neely - Gimmicky, sure. But I still gotta scan a Neely.
1989 OPC - Thomas Steen
1993 Classic - Ryan Hughes
1991 UD McDonald's - Luc Robitaile - Food issue!
1990 Score - Derian Hatcher
1991 Topps - Hartford Whalers
2007 BTP - Justin Peters - Looks like Justin might have been obsessed with the missiles in Super Mario.
2007 ITG - Brad Marchand
2000 ITG BTP - John Vanbiesbrouck
2000 ITG H&P - Alexander Karpovtsev - Interesting that the name is spelled differently on the front and the back of the same card.
1990 Bowman - Dave Barr
1990 Bowman - Thomas Steen
1990 Bowman - Larry Murphy
1993 Pinnacle - Alexei Zhitnik
1994 Donruss - Claude Lapointe
1998 UD - Chris Terreri - Again, another really great photo. The cynic in me thinks it is because he moved to NJ from the Hawks.
1990 UD - Paul Gillis
1995 Choice - Ray Bourque
1995 Topps - Donald Audette
1993 Leaf - Jeff Daniels - Gotta show off the back of a '93 Leaf!
1992 UD - Teemu Selanne - If someone debuted with a rookie season like Teemu had a YG card today, this wouldn't be in a repack. It was just a base card back then.
1993 Donruss - Panthers Opening Night
1993 Ultra - Mike Rathje
1991 UD - Pat Elynuik
1991 Score - Joe Murphy
1993 Stad. Club - Robb Stauber
2016 UD - David Perron
2017 UD - Trevor Van Riemsdyk
2014 SPA - Tom Barrasso - One half down. One to go. And it maybe has the worst card I've ever found in a repack. Or at least a contender for worst person.

2019 Adventures in Repacks - Part 7.2 - Another Hanger
40 more cards!
2016 Showcase - Jack Eichel - There was a lot of gold in this design. If there's
such a thing as too much, this is certainly it.
2013 Score Gold - Niklas Backstrom - So much so that an actual gold card seems less obnoxious.
2015 UD - Martin Jones
1991 UD - Viacheslav Fetisov
1991 UD - Mario Doyon
1991 UD - Jamie Macoun
1991 UD - Curtis Leschysyn - 4 in a row again! - 410 through 413
1991 Parkhurst - Paul Coffey - A Kitchener Rangers alum.
1991 Pro Set - Craig Coxe
1994 Parkhurst - Pat Falloon
1995 Topps Stadium Club Members Only - Just as ugly on the second day. Even if it is a favourite player.
1994-95 SP - Jeff Mitchell
1990 Score - Troy Murray
1992 Parkhurst - Rob Zamuner
1994 Donruss - Mike Richter
1995 Parkhurst - Drew Bannister - Player #1 on this side I'd never heard of.
1991 OPC - Bob Cimetta
2007 ITG Going for Gold - Darren Helm
2003 Victory - Marian Gaborik - Although a dupe, I should highlight an appearance of a 2/14 guy.
2000 MVP - Tim Connolly
2004 UD - Scott Hannan - If not for the referee in the background, I'd think this perfect photo came from a team practice. Just an excellent looking card.
990 Bowman - Paul MacLean
1990 Bowman - Steve Smith
1990 Bowman - Kirk McLean
1997 Score - Vladimir Vorobiev - Player #2 I'd never heard of.
1990 UD - Mark Johnson
1995 Parkhurst - Chris Marinucci - #3
1992 Topps - Todd Elik
1999 SPA - Trevor Letowski - Somewhat of a higher end feel to this card, even with way too much white space.
1991 Stad. Club - Derek King
1993 Premier - Another 2/14 guy and another dupe.
1991 Parkhurst - Sergei Nemchinov
1994 Donruss - Andrei Kovalenko
1990 Topps - Gerard Gallant
1993 Parkhurst - Matthew Barnaby
1993 UD - Kirk Maltby
1993 Parkhurst - Brad May
2017 UD - Kevin Bieka
2016 UD - Drew Stafford
2015 UD - Anton Stralman - Ending on a nice photo.
And there you have it! A perfectly acceptable hanger pack of 80 cards.

2017 Adventures in Repacks - Part 25 - Mid-Week Repacks
Mid-week Dollarama repacks. Why not? The usual $1 hanger and $2 Surprise Bag, and starting with the former.
2015 UD - Michael Hutchinson - A great photo from flagship to start things up.
1990 Bowman - Rob Murray
1993 UD - Chris Gratton
1992 Parkhurst - Bob Beers - SPEAR! SPEAR!
1991 Pro set - Nelson Emerson
1993 Pinnacle -Viacheslav Fetisov
1991 UD - Jarko Varvio
2004 ITG Top Prospects Game - Mike Green - Nice to get a prospect card of a guy who is still around.
2007 Ice - Keith Tkachuk
1990 Score - Cam Neely - Even if junk wax, I love pulling Cam cards.
1993 Ultra - Rob Zamuner - Lightning hot pack! There's the 3rd Tampa card (Gratton).
1991 OPC - Sylvain Cote
1991 OPC - Bob Carpenter
1991 OPC - Wayne Gretzky - Can't complain about any Gretzky showing up, even if it as the last card of a trio from the same set.
1991 7IS - Neil Fewster - Thunder and Lightning in the same repack!
2012 OPC - Braydon Coburn
A couple fun cards here with the Beers, Hutchinson and the Gretzky. No complaints for this $1 outlay.
The Surprise Bag contents:
Goalies up first.
Interesting repack collation with a pair of guys named Kari. I'm far more interested in the new appearance of the Kill Bill themed Lehtonen. Jimmy's still rocking Blackhawks mask colours on the Sharks card.
And there's the back of the Leaf. Because I must.
2 1000pt guys in the same pack. Neat!
Most interesting card in the misc. pack was the Rucchin. A "now with Rangers" card updating his status without going to the classic OPC "now with" look. Maybe a photoshop job. Maybe not.
And the pakc of Victory. A Cogliano for the trade pile is nice, and I always like how the Sharks colours look on a card with the usual white back of UD.
And there you go. Nothing too spectacular, but enough to make this still a fun bust.
Time to start another set build tomorrow!

Zistle Trade w/ Orlando Bolts
Usually, I'm the one doing the contacting on zistle to make a trade. This time, someone contacted me. Amazingly, I actually had all but one of the requested cards available. I threw in a few more to make up for my poor organizing skills, and the trade was born.
And it was a pretty good sized one, where I added a lot to my various PCs.
But, my beloved Bills only for one card. It being this Predictor card of Thurman Thomas, complete with pring so fine on the back I'd screw my eyesight up even worse than it already is trying to read it. But, this leads into hockey most of the way home.
Up next, a pair of cards for my various PCs, and hitting two of my favourite designs. I've professed my love for Champ's before and its hockey salute to Ginter. I'm not sure I've done so for the push pin design, but if I haven't, I should have.
An interesting thing about this trade is that despite the package heading to Florida, OrlandoBolts was from Guelph, Ontario. That's just down the road from me in Kitchener. The Guelph Storm are probably the top rivals of the Rangers, depending on how the London Knights are doing relative to the other teams. That leads into Part 1 of the Rangers alumni in this trade, featuring more from Champ's and 1988-89.
And here are some more, from a variety of sets. The big winner here is the Tkaczuk in the middle, since you really can't go wrong with anything 79-80 related.
There was also a nice variety of Senators cards. A notable here is Daniel Guerard, who makes his debut in my Senators collection. I'm betting that's a PEI Senators uniform, as he only played two games in Ottawa. Still, that's good enough to add to my boxes. I like the photo choice on the Baker. Unless that's against the Islanders, he's in his road blacks on his way to yet another loss. And there's the Rookie Cup! On a hockey card! WOO-HOO!
2/14 cards come in all shapes and sizes. Here's a new mini for the collection - and yet another Champ's card in the set.
And to wrap things up, here's some more 2-14 babies. There might be a dupe or two in the whole lot, but I'm going to plow through these arrivals (and an even larger trade package) over the weekend to get things pared down. I'm thinking some of the 2001 Topps might be dupes, or merely the Topps cousins of the OPC version. These include my 81st card of Milan Hejduk, who regains over the overall lead by 1 card over Marian Gaborik.
Anyhow, thanks for the trade, and I might be sending a PWE your way sometime late this month with a Guelph Storm alumni or two inside.

2014 Adventures in Repacks: Part 49: Another Flea Market repack with a guaranteed hit
The title says it all. I made another run by the flea market earlier this week. I picked up corn, yellow beans, raspberries and onions. And of course, a $5.00 repack with a guaranteed hit to go alongside about 60 cards.
Let's lead with the hit. It is definitely better than I expected. A Hall of Fame relic with this Joe Mullen. My sole beef is that this is an event worn card as opposed to game worn (meaning it was likely from an old timers game as opposed to a game that counted in the standings). Still, I won't complain adding this to my collection.
It is always nice to see some 80s cards pop out of these. The Taylor was the oldest card in this repack.
And the most recent card was this fresh out of the pack card from 2014-15 MVP.
Surprise mini! Even better when it is a mini you don't have of a guy you collect! Probably my favourite card in this repack, ranking even over the Mullen hit.
The rest of the repack consisted of 12-13 UD, 13-14 Contenders and 13-14 Prizm. There were lots of mask binder candidates in there. Since I didn't buy much 12-13 flagship, opting instead to just grab a base set. So, it is nice to add a couple into my misc. "neat photo" collection. The Spezza was the only Senators card I got, and the Skinner is yet another addition to my Rangers alumni collection.
So, a good number of cards for my PC, including a mini. Definitely worth my $5.
