Raptors in the Mail

I have another envelope to recap, this time a Cards on Cards bubbler. I'm covering the stack of Raptors in this post, with a future post showing off everything else.

I'll hit a few of my favourites individually before really going through the stack. I pulled the winter version of this in my blaster of the product, so it was nice to see the regular version. I'm not sure why the Arrival themed card looks more like a departure lounge, though.

Speaking of that Winter set, here's a Premium Prizm parallel. I didn't get any Raptors versions of this in my blaster, so this is a nice little add to the binders.

Best photo in the bubbler? That goes to this rather different angle of a high-angle shot.

Compare and contrast! Base vs Shiny.

Powering through the rest of them, here's some reruns from the group break post. But those snowy rookies on the far side are both new to me, as I close in on completing the team base set from both this and the regular set.

And that Shead puts me two away. It is only Poeltl and the base version of that Quickley that showed up earlier. I will always love new Fred VanVleet appearances. 

Kyle Lowry is definitely an outsider in this group of cards, but it stays true to the parallel theme of some of the cards by being a bronze parallel.

That opening Barnes scanned really nicely for a foil/chrome entry. Gradey Dick is sporting one of the golden City Edition jerseys on his Select card. They're not bad, but they aren't close to this year's versions. Those will likely never have any future designs come close to their greatness.
